SWARM youth go to Virginia

Three East Wayne High School students–Antonio Faison, Immanuel Bryant, and Dominique Saddler, members of SWARM (students working for an agriculture revolutionary movement) went to Virginia to a Will Allen workshop with Tim Norris of the Wayne Food Initiative and The WOW Factory (a Goldsboro based worm farm) and Njathai Kabui (a Cary Farmer from Kenya) and Tes Thraves of WFI and the Center for Environmental Farming Systems.  The trip was sponsored by the Center for Environmental Farming Systems, one of the Wayne Food Initiative partners.

The Workshop focused on Aquaponics, Composting, and Vermiculture.
